Wildcard is delighted to be working on the Irish cinema release of LITTLE MONSTERS with Altitude Film Entertainment.  The fantastically entertaining comedy horror is set to hit cinemas across Ireland on Friday 15th November.

The film which is written and directed by Abe Forsythe stars Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o (fresh from the success of Jordan Peele’s Us) alongside Josh Gad (Olaf from Frozen) and Alexander England (Alien: Covenant).

LITTLE MONSTERS follows Dave (Alexander England), a washed-up musician who volunteers to chaperone his nephew’s kindergarten class field trip after taking a serious liking to the fearless schoolteacher, Miss Caroline (Lupita Nyong’o). Dave’s intentions are complicated by the presence of the world’s most famous kids’ show personality and competition for Miss Caroline’s affections, Teddy McGiggle (Josh Gad). One thing none of them bargained for, however, is a sudden zombie outbreak. Will Dave rise to the occasion and have a chance at Miss Caroline’s heart, or will the zombies get there first?

The zombie comedy which screened at the renowned Sundance Film Festival comes from the production team behind cult chillers The Guest and You’re Next, and the 2016 Blair Witch remake (as well as the forthcoming reboot of Korean revenge thriller I Saw The Devil), with special effects from the Oscar-winning studio behind Mad Max: Fury Road.

LITTLE MONSTERS will be released in cinemas across Ireland on November 15th.
