Jeremy Saulnier’s GREEN ROOM has been garnering critical acclaim ahead of its release this Friday 13th May.

Down-on-their-luck punk rockers The Ain’t Rights agree to a last-minute gig in a backwoods Oregon roadhouse only to find themselves targeted by a ruthless club owner and his associates leading to devastating consequences.

From the internationally acclaimed filmmaker Jeremy Saulnier (BLUE RUIN), GREEN ROOM is an exhilarating experience with a thick vein of dark humour and featuring gripping ensemble performances from Patrick Stewart, Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Macon Blair and Callum Turner.

Here are what some of the critics have been saying:

“Fiendishly entertaining with a truly warped sense of humour fluctuating through it, Green Room will probably be the best horror of 2016.”

4.5 stars –

“a masterpiece in the art of horror filmmaking”

5 stars – Geek Ireland

“This is masterful film-making and Green Room doesn’t pull any punches. In fact, it’ll grab you by the throat and refuse to let go until the credits roll.”

4 stars – Daily Record

“The most hardcore film of the year, Green Room, is 95 minutes of pure, unbridled Mosh Pit Cinema.”

“A riotous, rough-hewn and rousing punk reinvention of ’70s-style grindhouse exploitation-with-a-brain-cinema.”

“This never comes close to boring, and contains more than enough memorable, cover-your-eyes nastiness to please the late-night crowd.”
