Mammal to open in Triskel Cork and Cinema Killarney

Rebecca Daly’s critically acclaimed dramatic feature film MAMMAL continues its cinema run with new cinema openings in Cork and Killarney over the next week.  It will open in Triskel Christchurch in Cork this Sunday 17th April and in Cinema Killarney on Friday 22nd April.

Starring Rachel Griffiths (Six Feet Under) and Barry Keoghan (Love/Hate, ’71) MAMMAL is the compelling story of a woman (Griffiths) who has lost her son and develops an unorthodox relationship with a homeless youth (Keoghan). Their tentative trust is threatened by his involvement with a violent gang and the escalation of her ex-husband’s grieving rage. The film also stars Michael McElhatton (Game of Thrones), Johnny Ward (Love/Hate) and Nika McGuigan (Philomena).

The film has received critical acclaim since its release with a 4.5 star review in, a 4 star review in the Irish Times and a 4 star review in the Irish Independent.
